ABOUT NIKHIL KHADABADI
I am an orthopaedic surgeon with advanced training, including an International Arthroplasty Fellowship in Germany. My career spans tertiary centres in India, specialist roles in Dubai and current practice in the West Midlands. I now serve as Chief Medical Officer for Orthopedics and Spine at Eclevar, focusing on regulatory strategy, clinical oversight and patient care.My work includes core Medical Affairs functions. I develop medical plans and evidence strategies, guide PMCF and RWE activities, and lead medical and value communications. I contribute to scientific platforms, MLR style reviews, KOL engagement and congress planning, helping ensure clear, compliant and clinically relevant narratives.I have led research teams with peer reviewed publications and international presentations, support quality improvement and clinical governance, and remain active in education through journal and textbook contributions and mentoring.
