Prepare annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial reports including financial statements, notes to the financial statements, financial highlights and portfolio of investments- Validate financial information for accuracy and analysis of various financial relationships. Completion of various control roll forwards, reconciliations and other supporting documentation- Prepare reports that are filed with regulatory agencies including SEC, such as Forms N-Q, N-SAR, N-MFP, CPO-PQR, Tailored Shareholders Report,24-F2,N-CSR and N-MFP- Responsible for various centralized activities such as internal reports and information summaries to facilitate shareholder reporting- Identify business requirements for potential system enhancements and/or development of procedural changes to accommodate any financial reporting impacts brought on by regulatory or business initiatives- Coordinate and maintain strong relationship with business partners during the preparation of financial reports and regulatory filings (legal, tax, internal audit, managed assets). This includes managing production deadlines and resolution of any reporting issues or inconsistencies that arise during the report production and regulatory filing process.
