I am an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Tapfiliate, a leading affiliate marketing platform. I manage and grow strategic partnerships with B2B SaaS clients across various industries, ensuring that they achieve their goals and maximize their ROI from the platform. I provide them with best practices, insights, and solutions, and leverage my analytical skills and SQL and Excel certifications to optimize and automate workflows, reports, and dashboards.I have a strong background in ad-tech and customer success, having worked as an Executive - Customer Success at Trackier, a performance marketing software, and as a Business Operations Associate at Leap Finance, a fintech startup. I have successfully onboarded, retained, and upscaled multiple enterprise accounts, increasing their revenue, retention, and satisfaction rates. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from College Of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar, where I developed my problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
