I am a proactive and achievement-oriented professional with educational background of B.E offering over 10 years in the Networks and Security domain, having knowledge of network security, zscaler proxy, infrastructure upgradations, improving network performance and maintenance with skills in selecting right platforms, bill of materials, network topologies, preparing VISIO diagrams, configuration templates, IP addressing, documentation, switching or routing details, network operations, migration steps, bandwidth analysis and others.Currently associated with Techmahindra ltd. as Network Lead, Level 3 and working on several technologies to provide network facilities in enterprise networks and data centers.I am a forward thinking person with proficiency in managing preventive maintenance to adjust, maintain, and improve network performance and investigate security issues and causes of system failure, performing maintenance, backups and system upgrades and providing level 3 to SME support and troubleshot issues within Zscaler, Cisco, Juniper, ASR, Arista, Mikrotik, Nexus and other networking and systems environment.

   Network lead managing operations team and designing network for U.S based client which includes migration of Data center and setting up office/campus networks.• Playing key role in understanding requirements from client and transitioning it to team and implementation and managing operations with skill set of routing, switching, network security, zscaler proxy, ACI and F5 load balancer.• SME of Zscaler proxy for client.• Configured and upgraded Zscaler client connector for entire client network and managing all app /forwarding profiles in Zscaler.• Currently working with upgrade of ZCC and improving client zscaler resiliency audit.
