ABOUT NIKHIL K.

With over thirteen years of experience in sales and business development, I am a leading hospitality and sales professional at The Westin Mumbai, where I serve as the Director of Catering Sales and MICE. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the catering sales team, managing the client relationships, and driving the revenue growth for the hotel\'s banquet and event services. I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), sales and marketing, and hospitality to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers and partners. Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai, I was the Head of Sales and Business Development at Prakara, a startup that provides innovative solutions for the hospitality industry, and the Sales Head - India at United Network India, a leading network of hotels and resorts. In these positions, I successfully led the sales and business development strategies, secured multiple contracts and deals, and expanded the market presence and customer base of the companies. I am passionate about the hospitality industry and its potential to create memorable experiences and positive impacts for people and communities. I am also committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence. I am fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams.
