I am a Senior Drug Safety Associate at Cognizant, a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process services. I joined Cognizant in November 2022, after working with Navitas Life Sciences and Tata Consultancy Services for over 4.5 years in pharmacovigilance roles. In my current role, I identify, select, code, and review adverse events from various sources, ensuring compliance with process requirements and regulatory standards. I use ARGUS as a database tool for generating queries, resolving issues, and communicating with outside sources. I have developed core competencies in clinical trials, good clinical practice (GCP), and pharmacovigilance, which I apply in my daily work to ensure quality and accuracy of data and reports. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficacy of drugs and to support the health and well-being of patients and consumers. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.I hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mumbai, where I studied pharmacy and related fields from June 2014 to April 2017. I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in the field of pharmacology and drug development.
