1.Generating database of clients both online through social networking as well as through telephone calls and assessing their potential for lead conversion.2.Inviting Retired people, housewives and self-employed people to the office and significantly conducting their screening process which entails a one to one conversation with the person to convince him to become a financial consultant wherein he has to analyze the financial needs of his social and corporate network. This process also ensures that the invited prospect completes his Numerical Aptitude Test along with all the documentation process.3. Following up with the prospects through active tele calling so as to know the present status of their joining the company and devising strategies to maintain effective relationships with the prospects.4.Working in parallel with all the Agency Development Managers to oversee the recruitment issues and challenges and modifying the tele calling script.
