With a total experience of 14 years in various streams of aviation, I enjoy utilising my knowledge and abilities to make the best of all situations. As a Supply Chain Manager overlooking procurement as well as logistics, I am always looking to employ newer techniques to minimise downtime and increase value for our customers. Being soft-spoken and keen to listen to the opposite person helps me understand the issues of customers, both internal as well as external, and respond to them in a manner which is beneficial to everyone. My current job also allows me to interact with customers and analyse their thought processes to devise better strategies to assist them. Having worked in the technical as well as quality functions previously empowers me to comprehend the problems faced across functions and provide informed solutions. I believe that effective communication is the key to overcoming all issues and I endeavour to keep learning improved ways to refine myself. I love to be challenged and am always looking for newer roles where I can push myself towards improvement and also urge my team members to do so. Nurturing subordinates, assisting higher management in business planning, making optimum use of the resources available in difficult situations are few skills that I have honed over the past and I plan to continue doing so throughout my career.
