In my most recent role at Dr. Reddy’s, I lead India based supply chain (captive & CMOs) for NA and EU markets. I joined the co. as chief of staff for Global Manufacturing Organization & assisted the global head of operations drive strategic & execution mandates across the organization. In my last tenure, I was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. I worked in McKinsey\'s Operations practice on broad range of topics (strategy & implementation) for Pharmaceutical & Medical Products clients. I have hands-on experience across manufacturing, quality, procurement & supply chain functions in pharmaceutical space with expertise in design and setup of large-scale transformation programs, capability building and project management. Previously, I have worked for ~10 years in pharmaceutical companies like Sandoz & Bayer on wide range of operations topics across product life cycle.
