Working as Oracle WMS Cloud Consultant with below responsibilities.Requirements Analysis:• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements related to warehouse management.• Conduct thorough analysis of current warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.Solution Design:• Design Oracle Cloud WMS solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.• Create detailed system design documentation, including process flows and data models.Implementation:• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud WMS to meet specific business needs.• Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other enterprise systems (Oracle Fusion Modules - Order Management, Procurement, PIM, Inventory, Manufacturing & Transportation management).• Conduct testing to ensure the configured solution meets functional and performance requirements.• Web Report Development to meet client requirements.Support and Maintenance:• Provide ongoing support for Oracle Cloud WMS post-implementation.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the WMS solution.• Stay informed about Oracle Cloud updates and patches, and apply them as needed.Training and Knowledge Transfer:• Provide training to end-users and support staff on Oracle Cloud WMS functionality.• Transfer knowledge to the client\'s team to ensure they can effectively manage and support the implemented solution.Initiatives:• Contributed toward IP creation, Web Report & Label Designer Repository for GSC team to reduce development time and provide better value to clients.• Conducted KT session on WMS reporting functionalities.
