I am an Operation Technical Engineer at Earthtron EV, specializing in AC and DC EV charger operations, installation, and field service support. My role involves end-to-end charger installation, commissioning, functional testing, and ensuring all chargers are properly configured and visible on CMS platforms.I handle charger diagnostics, preventive maintenance, firmware updates, protection checks, and field-level troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation. I also monitor chargers through CMS, verify online status, resolve connectivity issues, and support basic CMS operations including session monitoring and fault analysis.Previously, I worked in the lithium-ion battery testing domain, where I gained experience in charge–discharge testing, BMS protection verification, SOC analysis, and root cause analysis.
