As the current Quality Manager at Blanco, I specialize in OEM quality management for our patented Silgranit sinks. My role includes supplier quality management, homogeneous mixing of ingredients like sand and MMA, color making, MMA production using advanced polymerization processes, and managing CNC routing operations. I collaborate closely with our German headquarters and corporate team members.I am also the Director at QuasyTech, a leader in precision measurement and calibration services. At QuasyTech, we provide CMM inspection services, advanced calibration techniques, and reverse engineering solutions. Our ISO/IEC 17•••••17 certified services cater to clients in automotive and manufacturing sectors.My career journey also includes significant roles such as Quality Manager at Tenneco Automotive and Quality Engineer at DYNAMIG. At Tenneco, I managed dimensional and weld quality, working extensively with processes like pipe forming, bending, laser welding, MIG/TIG welding, stamping, stud, nut and bolt welding, process development, and product launches. My experience at DYNAMIG involved quality inspections and process improvements in MIG welding, stamping, process design, development, and product launches. I also have extensive experience with IATF 16949 standards and auditing at both companies.At QuasyTech, I have gained valuable ISO 17025 experience, enhancing our calibration services and ensuring adherence to international standards. This has solidified my expertise in quality management and auditing.I am proficient in software such as MS Excel, MINITAB, PolyWorks, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD, with expertise in control plans, PFMEA, and warranty management.
