   Pre-Construction team member taking projects from Development Completion to FNTP, a few MWs at a time!Primary responsibilities include:Bidding Process Oversight: Conduct the bidding process (sending RFPs, bid-leveling and analysis, correspondence, negotiations) for 8-12 solar projects at any given time, ranging from 2 MW to 10 MW with occasional projects of up to 20 MW. These projects include commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftops, fixed tilt, and Single Axis Tracker (SAT) systems, located in the Northeast and Midwest power markets.Project Documentation and Compliance: Coordinate comprehensive documentation (from early-stage development to NTP), and conduct detailed audits to manage EPC RFIs that ensure close to accurate bidding prices and, ultimately, de-risk projects from change orders.EPC Vetting, Selection, & Rating: Lead the vetting and selection process for EPC partners that leads to a long term partnership. Additionally, created a rating system for EPCs that allows to assess EPC performance internally.Additional Contributions- While my primary focus is on project coordination for the Pre-Construction team, I also actively support cross-functional collaboration by liaising with engineering, development, interconnection, and project management teams- I significantly contribute towards training and on-boarding of new hires and manage payment requests such as invoices from Independent Engineers (IE) or Owner\'s Engineers (OE) and overseeing payment applications from EPC contractors.My involvement in these areas enhances operational efficiency and fosters team cohesiveness.
