In my career journey, I\'ve had the privilege of wearing a couple of hats—from IT support to cybersecurity to application support management. I\'ve found continual interests in both Application Support and Atlassian/Jira specialist roles. With a strong background in IT and hands-on experience in application support management, including setting up round the clock support teams across EMA regions, I\'ve had some pretty incredible experiences. In my previous roles, I\'ve been all about diving into the nitty-gritty, from setting up service desks to configuring efficient workflows for business needs to aligning organizations with industry-leading security practices. It\'s been quite the adventure, and I\'ve loved every challenge it\'s brought my way! In particular, I\'ve become really passionate about people and processes. That\'s where my love for Atlassian tools comes in. Whether it\'s finding ways to streamline workflows, working in agile, or just making everyone\'s lives a little easier, I\'m all about it and have recently become Atlassian Certified. So, as I step into this next chapter, I\'m not just looking to make an impact as an Application Support leader but also very much opened to new opportunities in the Atlassian ecosystem space!
