I’ve built the department from a small team to five teams (about 50 team members) that fully support the business\'s objectives in our area. We focus on handling calls, chats and chatbots inside our app and website, and we also develop an ML-based features that are integrated into our channels.Key results- Implemented a Kanban-based end-to-end process, reducing lead time to under 30 days at the 85th percentile- Advanced the service to ML2 level according to the Kanban Maturity Model- Developed self-organizing teams capable of independently releasing features- Delivered approximately 10 complex cross-team projects as a project manager.As a product manager I develop a Jira-integrated system that shows the most important Kanban metrics in different reports.
