I pay attention when users hesitate, whether because of unclear steps, unexpected defaults, errors, or handoffs.Much of my work happens early, shaping direction with leadership and turning market and customer feedback into a strategy the team can execute and measure. I enjoy working with small, high-performing teams where I can coach and contribute, stay hands-on when needed, and help build momentum through clear decisions.Right now, I’m building Curriculus, applying this approach to structured workflows that help teams create and update complex materials while keeping everything consistent as requirements change.
