Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and executing large-scale political campaigns.I began my career at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee), where I gained exposure across multiple verticals including Campaign, Field, HR, and Operations. Leveraging this experience, I co-founded 1ST Poll Consulting and served as Project Director for the Karnataka Elections 2023, building and managing a 50-member team from the ground up. Under my leadership, we successfully executed campaigns for senior Congress leaders including Ex-DCM Dr. G. Parameswara and Ex-Minister D. Sudhakar. Two of my candidates secured decisive victories, with Dr. Parameswara currently serving as Home Minister of Karnataka.Post Karnataka elections, I joined ShowTime Consulting, one of India’s leading consultancies, where I led the execution of the Yuva Galam Padyatra campaign in Andhra Pradesh for former IT Minister Nara Lokesh—one of the state’s largest political outreach initiatives. Currently, I serve as Head of Admin & Operations, overseeing operations across 4 states. My responsibilities span employee management, logistics, travel & accommodation, campaign event execution, vendor management, policy development, warehouse management, cost optimization, and employee engagement.I am passionate about building high-performing teams, creating efficient operational systems, and delivering impactful political campaigns that shape the democratic process.
