As a certified project manager and CEO of Munich MedTech, I’ve had the privilege of leading an amazing team of QA, RA, and compliance experts. Together, we guide complex regulatory projects, help companies navigate EU and international requirements, and make sure they’re always audit-ready. Over the years, I’ve been involved in 60+ audits, and each one has taught me something new about structure, communication, and staying calm under pressure.
