About Nik Reddy
I am currently a junior at Purdue University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business, with a minor in Real Estate Finance. In the summer of 2024, I gained hands-on experience through a rotational internship with DRK and Company Realty, Metro Development, and Ardent Communities. This opportunity exposed me to the diverse facets of commercial real estate and significantly expanded my understanding of the industry. In the summer of 2025, I served as a Real Estate Development Intern at Tenby Partners, where I deepened my knowledge of commercial real estate development and explored its many complexities and opportunities. My long-term goal is to build a career in commercial real estate, with a focus on acquisitions, development, or investment sales — areas that particularly inspire and motivate me. I also plan to pursue an MBA to further strengthen my skills and broaden my professional opportunities. At Purdue, I stay engaged on campus through my involvement with Sigma Nu Fraternity and the Purdue Real Estate Society. I was honored with Spring Semester Honors in 2024 and am currently studying abroad in Melbourne, Australia for the first semester of my junior year.
