ABOUT NIKOLAS PUGATCHENKO

With an MBA and over ten years of experience as a professional trader in financial markets, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, risk management, and strategic decision-making. My trading experience not only fueled my passion for financial markets but also equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior and behavioral analysis. The ubiquitous nature of algorithms and emergence of neural networks in markets sparked my interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Today, I am proud to work with a dynamic Generative AI developer, where I specialize in quality assurance and quality control, as well as recruiting, retention, training, and growth operations. In this role, I focus on ensuring our products meet the highest standards for our clients while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development through teamwork. I believe that nurturing talent and enhancing operational efficiencies are key to driving success. I strongly believe top-notch human experts will always be needed to train AI models.
