With 10+ years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry, I am a passionate Leader at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, a global provider of engineering consulting and manufacturing technology solutions. My goal is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that optimize the performance and efficiency of our clients\' production facilities, specializing in packaging and food/beverage sectors. I leverage my skills in project management and my team\'s ability to execute projects to create and manage project scopes, budgets, RFPs, OEM interfaces, bid leveling, and checkout/start-up plans. I have successfully completed multiple projects exceeding $20MM, and as small as daily staff augmentation roles. We cater our service deliverable approach to the client needs and aim to be a trusted partner for them to call on when the need arises!
