   In January of 2014 after nearly 10 years as Director of Client Services for Reserve Advisors I saw an opportunity to bring innovation to the reserve study industry through a superior product and superior level of client-focused service. Providing this higher level of value to clients was only possible with the expertise of the industry\'s most experienced Professional Engineer/Reserve Analyst, partner in the firm, Justin J. Maier PE, RS. Together, we resigned our positions to take our \"Mayflower voyage\" launching Superior Reserve Engineering and Consulting. The response from the market has validated our belief that we are fulfilling a previously unmet demand for truly custom capital reserve planning that offers genuine money-saving engineering advice to our clients regarding their real estate assets. We strive each day to demonstrate our principled approach to business and life to our friends, clients, and future clients. Our staff serves clients in 34 states as well as international clients in Abu Dhabi, Seychelles, and Mauritius.
