I was brought in to consult at Smith+Nephew on strengthening leadership capability and addressing performance hotspots across Global Manufacturing. My remit spans three Business Units—Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine & ENT, and Advanced Wound Management—covering both medical devices and biologics.Working closely with Operational Excellence, I support senior and frontline leaders in building the clarity, consistency, and confidence needed to drive sustainable performance. This includes enabling leaders to embed development into daily practice, improving team alignment, and ensuring learning becomes part of the operating rhythm.Focus Areas: • Strengthening leadership capability across global manufacturing sites. • Tackling priority hotspots by aligning people development with operational goals. • Embedding leadership development into daily ways of working. • Creating sustainable learning cultures that connect strategy with execution.
