The position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments.Strategic Management:Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve regional targets.Align regional office activities with the company\'s global objectives.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Operations Oversight:Ensure smooth functioning of office processes, including ticketing, customer support, and vendor management.Monitor and improve service quality and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).Financial Accountability:Manage the regional office’s budget and optimize resources to achieve cost efficiencies.Analyze financial reports and implement corrective measures where needed.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between the Kochi office and other regional/global offices.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.Business Development Support:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive regional business growth.Provide insights and data to support decision-making at the corporate level.
