Currently working on insurance and claims for amazon pharmacy to split workflow and automate ops workflows to reduce turnaround time on billing so customer can get the medication with insurance with a shorter SLA. Automated generation compliance and safety paperwork to provided as part of pharmacy shipment by building a scalable microservoce using apigateway with lambda and step functions. Designed manual fill workflow for in-house pharmacy warehouse management system by using scalable ECS service with dynamoDB. Launched Amazon pharmacy in all 50 states by designing compliance and safety features like drivers license check for opioid medications. Designed and Implemented order cancelation and problem state workflows to launch fulfillment for amazon pharmacy Enabled checks for recalled products in fulfillment centers to block shipping of recalled products which resulted in cost savings in returns and customer trust but enabling customer safety.
