Performed several root cause analysis using 8D analysis methodology and 5 Why analysis for implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions).Used SPC & Process capability to ensure the process is within the customer specifications and is meeting long term and short term capability using Cp, Cpk, Pp & Ppk indexes.Designed gage concept and procured quality gages and CMM fixtures. Performed MSA to determine the Gage R&R (EV- AV variance) both pre & post delivery of the gage and ensured the variance is < 10% for gage acceptance.Demonstrated high knowledge on GD & T by advising changes on the drawings for datum schemes and tolerances which needed revision or improvement through the development process.I have participated in audits for CQI (Welding), IATF 16949, BIQS, QSB, LPA (Layered Process Audits) and other audits like Torque Audit, NCM Audit, FMEA & Control Plan Audit, GP-12 or Safe Launch Procedure audits, etc.
