Manager of the Securities Operations and Accounting (SOA) Change Management team, within the SOA Systems Team. The Securities Operations & Accounting group (SOA) in the Controllers Division of Corporate Finance is responsible for the settlement, clearing, custody, accounting and regulatory reporting for securities within the available-for-sale and held-to-maturity investment portfolios, as well as the Wells Fargo\'s external and affiliate funding products (debt). SOA is responsible for the maintenance, control and data integrity of the related accounting systems of record.The Change Management team is responsible for improving the effectiveness of the finance systems used within SOA. Responsibilities include management of securities portfolio accounting systems, legacy platform replacements, portfolio asset migrations, and technology upgrades. Consideration of all aspects of the implementation lifecycle including business requirements, configuration review, testing, data migration, conversion, training, and go-live support.
