About Nihith Bodepudi
In my role with the District Project Management Unit of CSF in Medak, I\'m focused on identifying and overcoming barriers in policy interventions to improve student learning outcomes. Through understanding the realities on the ground, the aim is to bring about saturation of important aspects within the policy and reach the goal set by the state. Before CSF, I worked with Genpact\'s Growth Operations team, managing strategic bids and proposals. My college years were a period of introspection and growth, pushing me to continuously unlearn, learn, and relearn.
