As a Collection Officer, my primary responsibility is to collect outstanding payments from customers, including loan EMIs and other dues. I contact customers through phone calls and field visits to remind them of pending payments and assist them in settling their accounts. I also negotiate payment terms when necessary to ensure timely recovery. Additionally, I maintain and update daily and weekly collection reports, handle customer queries professionally, and update the system with payment statuses. I consistently work towards achieving the collection targets set by the company, while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
