I work closely with executive leadership to shape product strategy and long-term vision, with a core mission: helping people collaborate and stay productive through AI.At Dialpad, I’ve driven the development and release of several impactful features—such as virtual backgrounds, waiting rooms, real-time AI transcription, meeting timers, and more—strengthening our position in the UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) market. Our work has earned recognition from Gartner, Forrester, and other leading analysts, consistently positioning Dialpad as a Visionary in the space.Over the past decade, I’ve built products across diverse domains including food-tech, CAD, social media, data visualization, business intelligence, and business communication.
