I am committed to ensuring that the love for learning is instilled in young children and support educators and staff guiding them. Such a diverse portfolio of experiences, from Early Childhood Assistant to Volunteer, Senior Assistant, Teacher, Administrative Executive to Dean, has established a foundation for my passion in early childhood education and efficient school management skills.As an Early Childhood Assistant, I practically implemented the creation of nurturing and engaging environments for young learners. The development of activities that foster curiosity and positive interaction has been a very integral part of my experience. My commitment further developed through volunteer work, reinforcing my dedication to early education and leading into my roles as Senior Assistant and then Teacher, with a focus on crafting inclusive learning strategies and supporting each child\'s unique development.Equally rewarding has been my transition into school administration, through which I have been able to provide value in the operational optimization of the school and further educational excellence. An Executive Administrative role that required efficient scheduling, well-communicated programs, and sound policy implementation-developed skills that well prepared me for the role of Dean. As Dean, I am privileged to lead with compassion, striving to ensure an environment that is supportive and standards-heavy for students and staff alike.I am passionate about designing inspiring, positive spaces for children and am committed to ongoing improvement in early childhood education.
