I work closely with trustees and founders at Eternal Oasis, Gurugram, overseeing the programming of events and business operations of the center. My role involves identifying and curating events across art, culture, and spirituality by building relationships with leaders, facilitators, practitioners across India, and bringing meaningful experiences for a community to be built that is deeply rooted in art, cultural and spiritual practices.I lead end-to-end coordination for events — from facilitator partnerships and revenue-sharing engagement models to liaising with legal teams on agreements, collaborating with social media teams on outreach, and ensuring seamless execution on the ground.
