ABOUT NIHARIKA KHANNA

Niharika is a management professional with 13 years experience at Serco Group working in the CEO’s team in London (Global HQ). She is currently pursuing INSEAD\'s Executive Coaching qualification.During Niharika\'s time at Serco - she developed a broad range of skill sets from Corporate & Strategic Planning, New Market Entry, Due Diligence, to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In her CEO’s team role, working with C-level executives and reporting to the plc Board, Niharika has strong senior stakeholder management skills, studied market trends, business opportunities, executed transformation programs has sharpened her analytical and decision-making skills.Niharika was the Co-Founder and Chair of Serco Embrace (multicultural ERG)- passionately drove the Diversity & Inclusion agenda at Serco, bringing her own personal experience of being a third-culture kid and significant professional experience working with international teams. Niharika led Embrace to great success to be recognised as an award-winning Top 10 ERG in the UK by the Ethnicity Awards 2022, and two Serco Pulse Awards - Global and UK & E, for their commitment and progress in the DEI space. She is a confident public speaker at external and internal events - from being a guest panel speaker at CMS (law firm) in London for South Asian Heritage month, Cultured Community Connections, ERG Summit (twice), LinkedIn Live and more. Niharika has hosted 40+ sessions to celebrate cultural diversity and raise awareness for inclusion for events such as Black History Month, World Cultural Day, Ramadan, Diwali, Niharika has pioneered dialogue with Board members and C-suite Executives to drive change in the People & culture space and torch bearer for Serco’s DEI strategy. She has worked across the entire DEI spectrum along with Network Co-Chairs of gender, disability, LGBT+, Parents & Carer networks.Outside of Serco, Niharika proactively leads community building for Network Capital, a peer-to-peer mentoring platform with over global members. Being the UK Regional Leader, she regularly hosts events on engaging topics such. In addition, Niharika co-founded Sharing With All, a charity initiative for food distribution and shared 200+ meals with the homeless on the streets of London. She is passionate about DEI, education and people and loves meeting new people, bringing people together socially.
