   I’m a trauma-informed therapist who takes an eclectic, humanistic approach to therapy—rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I work primarily with individuals facing anxiety, grief, stress, mood-related concerns, complex trauma, and interpersonal challenges.My focus lies in fostering self-exploration, deepening self-understanding, and helping clients build healthier relationships—with themselves and others. I work through a lens that recognizes the lasting impact of trauma and attachment patterns, especially in adulthood.I integrate tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt therapy, and other modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space and walk alongside clients as they navigate their healing journeys.
