I focus on understanding how businesses actually operate beyond plans, dashboards, and assumptions.While working in startup environments, I spent significant time interacting with operators and observing how daily decisions are made on the ground. I repeatedly noticed a gap between how businesses intend processes to work and how they function in practice. That gap — not effort or intent — often determines performance.This led me to start building a product alongside my role to address structured operational challenges. After validating real adoption and continued engagement from early partners, I transitioned to working on it full-time as a co-founder.My work now involves studying behaviour, defining workflows, and translating operational problems into usable product systems. I work closely with users and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, not theoretical.My background in business analysis helps me connect three perspectives: operators, customers, and product execution. I am particularly interested in problems where small process clarity can produce measurable business impact.I value conversations with people who run or closely work with real businesses — their day-to-day realities shape better products than assumptions ever can.
