About Niharika Kayala
For me, engineering is not just about writing code, it’s about creating solutions that make everyday systems simpler, smarter, and more efficient.I\'m Niharika Kayala a B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) student, my curiosity naturally drew me toward software development, artificial intelligence, and IoT systems, where logic meets real-world impact. Today, I’m applying that learning as a Software Development Engineer Intern, building scalable and practical solutions using modern development practices.My growth has come from learning by doing. From coding in Python and C to building web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, managing data with MySQL, and collaborating through Git, each experience strengthened my problem-solving mindset. Through internships across software, AI, and IoT, I’ve worked in agile teams, contributed to feature development, improved system performance, and debugged real applications delivering solutions that reduced manual effort by up to 75%.Beyond technical skills, I believe real impact is created through people and purpose. As a community lead and NSS volunteer, I enjoy mentoring peers, organizing technical sessions, and contributing to initiatives that create social value. I am actively seeking opportunities in Software Development, AI/ML, and IoT where I can continue learning, take ownership, and build technology that doesn’t just function but truly makes a difference.
