An astute legal professional with an experience of 1.5 years in dispute redressal, litigation management and contract management. Have assisted in both civil and criminal matters dealing with white collar crimes, insolvency and bankruptcy, Companies law, economic fraud, money laundering etc. Have assisted in negotiations and settlement between two Technology giants. As a part of my job at RRG and Associates, along with litigation, I undertake various activities like Case management for the Clients wherein we keep the Client informed about the day-to-day progress of their case, update the MIS/legal tracker, handle Client Consultations, undertake Document Management(vetting, drafting and handling of various pleadings and pre-litigation documents), perform case analysis to check whether a senior counsel needs to be engaged, forensics and experts\' advise is needed amongst others. In addition to litigation, I have assisted in drafting and vetting of various contracts including Memorandum of Settlement, Joint Venture Agreement, Non Disclosure and Non Compete Agreement, Power Purchase Agreement, EPC contract, Assignment Deed, Teaming Agreement, Licensing Agreement, O&M Agreement. I have a good flair of writing and have undertaken various legal freelancing assignments before starting my profession at RRG and Associates.
