In this era of technology and upgrades where everything is being influenced by AI, advertisements as a subject have evolved drastically. Advertisements are all around us, none of us can get away from direct advertisements in this generation of global digital media where the audience can be targeted based on their interests and needs, this makes it so strong. Advertising is one of the major reasons I took up the course B.A(Journalism & Mass Communication) for my undergraduate degree from the Manipal University, Jaipur. I learned about media topics thoroughly and also visited agencies for a better understanding of this subject. Since school, I have been interested in media and advertisements, thus I did an internship after graduating from school in an Advertisement Agency, where I learnt about how an agency works and the basic daily to-do’s in the advertising world. After graduating from my university, I had an opportunity to work for a Digital Media Agency, where I spent more than 3 years as a client servicing manager. I was promoted to the position after 2 months of training. My experiences of leading the student council for 2 years in school helped me with leadership skills which I used to manage a team of 8 members and lead 10+ projects from start to end during my work experience. I can coordinate and talk with clients regularly to help them generate ROI through digital media by suggesting new strategies and executing them with my team. This position helped me understand all aspects of Digital Media deeply. Working with industry professionals I had a better understanding of: Social Media Management Digital Ads SEO Websites Client ServicingMy particular expertise, however, lies in Digital Ads, marketing strategies and client servicing. Having 3+ years of experience in this field has helped me enormously as I have dealt with and worked with over 20 clients helping them generate ROI and establish their businesses digitally. Major highlights of my work so far are working with brands like Tommy Hilfiger, AND, Global Desi, Tibros, and many more. I and my team have achieved ROAS of 4, 6 and 8 for brands with simple digital marketing strategies.
