As a Development professional, I am offering multi-functional experience of over 22 years in Program Management, Community Development, Disaster Relief Operations, Risk Management, Design Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, in the Social and Development Sector.I have expertise of handling and leading projects in Child Protection, Education, Livelihood and Disability. And during this course I have worked on projects funded by bilateral and multilateral donors such as, USAID, BMZ, WFP, UNICEF to name a few.During the course of my career, I have contributed to the development of Project Management Strategies and participated in multiple project specific evaluations. I have focused on developing linkages for the organization in various thematic areas like Education, Health, Skill development, Livelihood, Disability, Child protection, with Government bodies, CSOs, local partners and other stakeholders.My career began with with disaster response and preparedness, which has kept me going strong in this sector.
