About Nihar Lohiya

I love challenges. And I strive towards finding their solutions. The pursuit of knowing the mechanics of how things work started from my childhood when I kept opening anything and everything, from my remote control car to the wall clock, just to have a peek inside, in the hope to understand how it works. In my final year of mechanical engineering, my team and I leveraged all the college\'s resources to scientifically establish the problem of dust accumulation on solar panels and a possible solution. The roots for this curious drive lie in my childhood endeavors. In my stint at John Deere, I was solely responsible for the design of a fuel tank for a new machine. I was lucky enough to have a manager who believed that I was up for that task. The design needed a lot of collaboration across various teams - Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality, Service, etc. The MBA is just another step in the learning journey. It has enhanced my personality and view of the world. It is equipping me to see problems from different lenses and examine the solution with a holistic view. Looking forward to working on things that have an impact - on the world and on myself.
