As Managing Partner of the law firm, I overlook the operations at the firm which is having its law offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune and Hyderabad. VLLP with its team of Five (5) partners and thirty (30) advocates, is providing corporate law and litigation services to its corporate clients. As part of its corporate law practice, VLLP is engaged in mergers and acquisitions, strategic legal advice, drafting of transaction documentation and negotiations for multinational and domestic corporate clients.
