The idea of identifying a problem and trying to find a viable solution to it has always fascinated me, be it in a company\'s internal controls, policies or anything else for that matter.    Audited 100 MW Wind power project in rural Maharashtra (cost savings ~ Rs. 1 cr)- Jointly conducted 2 fraud investigations scoping financial as well as behavioral aspects (Cash & Bank fraud – JSW Energy and HR fraud – Odisha mines, JSW Steel)- Audited land procurement, electrical transmission, revenue, O&M, logistics and EHS for wind and solar power projects across MH, TN, Kar and Telangana (cost savings ~ Rs. 50 lakhs)- Conducted risk-based audit of corporate areas such as fixed assets, HR & payroll, loans & advances, RPT, contingent liabilities for JSW Energy and subsidiaries- Issued final audit reports through Laser Audit Reporting System (LARS) software and prepared ACM PPTs.
