About Nihal Abbu
Technology has always fascinated me. Before I turned 10 I had disassembled my first computer, taken courses on Udacity, and built my first website. I\'m also an avid community volunteer with hours under my belt from more than half a dozen local organizations. Today I\'m building Nonprofit Foundation, a nonprofit run by Gen Z that provides technology, infrastructure, and strategy to help nonprofits run their organizations more efficiently, grow their missions, and give back with greater impact. We have- Provided free web hosting as a pilot to nonprofits views and counting)- Mobilized 300+ teens from over a dozen countries for the Teen-Led Nonprofit community - Given back with $10K+ worth of Pro-Bono consulting and project execution-Launched virtual talent network for skilled volunteers We are- Starting a nonprofit tech accelerator (thousands of dollars in free software + mentorship)- Launching Carefeed, a tool to let nonprofits open-source their finances.
