1: Manages inquiries for new products across different segments such as automotive, industrial engineering, P&T, infrastructure, construction, etc. for a 10 MTPA integrated steel plant.2: Monitor the new product’s progress by setting quality grades, ensuring on-time production and delivery based on the customer’s approved technical data contract (TDC), gathering feedback, and aligning processes for regular production.3: Oversee and monitor sales orders registered for different products to fulfil customer demands.4: Oversees diverse constraint tables (VC Tables) for standard and customized grades in alignment with plant capacities, which are then utilized to specify values for different attributes during order processing.5: Managing different projects related to system development in SAP, MES, and SFDC to improve the movement of data, thereby simplifying the production process and ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout the facility and to the final consumer.6: Perform comprehensive testing after finishing the development of a new system in SAP or MES on the quality server before transferring it to the primary production server.7: Complete and develop customized steel grading in SAP and MES, taking into account the product\'s intended use and the capabilities of the plant. This guarantees the successful recording of new product orders to meet the customer\'s needs.
