As a Learning & Development Manager, I drive the learning and change management strategy across Europe, ensuring talent development and organizational transformation are closely aligned with business objectives. My role combines strategic design, operational delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to create sustainable impact- Define and implement the regional learning and development roadmap, aligned with global priorities and local business needs- Partner with senior leadership to identify skills gaps, build future capabilities, and support long-term workforce planning- Lead training and change management initiatives for hotel openings and major transformation projects across multiple European markets- Design and deliver innovative learning experiences (classroom, digital, blended) that enhance performance, engagement, and career progression- Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working- Coach managers and leaders to strengthen their role as people developers and change agents- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable impact of all initiatives- Monitor program effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, driving continuous improvement- Oversee the Training Commission within the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) at Ascott, ensuring alignment of training initiatives with employee and organizational needs- Manage, facilitate, and analyze internal performance evaluations to support continuous development and informed talent decisions
