For over 30 years, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented health and fitness people around the world. Spending 15+ years working with the USAF reinforced my passion in helping others achieve their fitness goals, and deepened my knowledge in the field. After those amazing experiences, I opened my personal training business which I owned and operated for 16 years. In this role, I worked with a variety of professionals to help them achieve their life-changing fitness goals. My passion for overall health and wellness continue to grow with Bradleys where I oversaw Internal training as well as the Wellness Program. At Bradleys, I establihished a healthy culture that reduced health care cost and optimized workforce productions.
