A highly respected Service Architect, and Programme Leader delivering IT and associated business change in Defence. I have an eye for the detail but also provide strategic coaching. My influence extends across the breadth of the organisation. Experienced in all aspects of IT delivery, I have demonstrated that against all the odds, I can ensure that new technology and related processes, are delivered on time and to budget. My focus is on maintaining momentum while ensuring that every stakeholder is fully engaged; this delivers success. I work with delivery teams and supplier account executives to help all stakeholders understand the journey that they need to make to achieve effective Operational Service Management across the breadth of the ITIL services and across the increasing disaggregated multi-vendor eco-systems.
