I am a Project Director with over 25 years of experience in a variety of sectors including industrial, engineering, education, retail, retail fuels, and commercial. I am a proven leader, having lead bid, site project and programme teams across sectors, including multi-site contracts and major projects for Blue Chip Clients. I have been extensively involved in the successful pre-construction and invitation to tender stages of projects including stakeholder and client engagement, close liaison/negotiation with local authorities and public bodies, design, cost and programme management. I have been a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building for 22 years and I am also a Member of the Association for Project Management
