About Nigel Denman
I am passionate about leading GTM business strategy and growth and developing leaders.I am currently leading Business Development and Partnerships strategy for the Home and Living Category at TikTok Shop. I am focused on identifying and partnering with brands that I believe fulfill TikToks mission of creating a unique and engaging shopping experience for users on the entertainment app. Social Commerce is the future of shopping and I am excited to apart of this opportunity. With a background working in ecommerce, fintech, technology and start-ups I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of strategic customer facing roles for great companies like; Amazon, Salesforce, Porch and Indix. I am an advocate for mentorship and have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with the University of Washington Men’s Basketball team and other UW student athletes as they navigate their college careers and prepare for life after college. I also serve as a Board Member for the University of Washington Athletics (Tyee Club), and was recently appointed the NIL Committee Chair, focused on aligning businesses and student athletes for mutually beneficial partnerships using the student athletes Name, Image and Likeness to spark business engagement and revenue growth.I was a Division 1 Student Athlete for the University of Denver Men’s Basketball team graduating from the top-ranked Daniels College of Business with a BSBA, Management and Marketing, and member of the Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity (Alpha Nu Chapter). My other interests include Real Estate, where I am building a RE Portfolio of single family and multi family homes, traveling internationally to new cities and countries, and coaching my sons 8th grade select basketball team.
