BC Transit operates in 130 communities throughout the province of British Columbia with over 50 million passenger journeys every year. We are the largest transit agency (geographically) in North America. I manage corporate investigations, physical security and emergency management throughout BC.Working with law enforcement agencies throughout the province to enhance the safety and security of our passengers and staff. Conducting risk assessments for transit properties and personnel.In 2015 I was responsible for BC Transit\'s participation in Exercise Ardent Defender 15 (an international military counter terrorism exercise hosted by Canadian Forces). Our department prides itself in leading by example and taking the lead in developing partnerships to ensure we are the safest transit system in North America and contribute to safe communities where we have operations.
